Antennas and Modules from Cisco!

An antenna adds three properties to the wireless system – gain, direction and polarization. Gain is the measure of increase in power, whereas direction is the shape of the transmission pattern. We house antennas used with the Cisco Aironet® and Catalyst® wireless LAN system or wireless bridge system.

They have different coverage capabilities, and as the gain of an antenna increases – there is tradeoff in the coverage area.

The Cisco transceiver modules give you a wide variety of Ethernet connectivity options for data center, enterprise wiring closet, and service provider transport applications. We also house the Cisco Stack Kit which supports an optional stacking module that is based on the Cisco StackWise-160 technology. It also enables local switching in Cisco Catalyst 3650 Series Switches.
